收尘用高压电源的比较分析和优化设计

摘要 分析了不同高压电源的技术特性,设计了由4个电场组成的静电收尘设备并加以优化,实践证明该设计满足使用要求。 In order to make the electric field meeting the requirement of working condition and get ideal with dusts charging,a electrostatic precipitator is designed which is composed of four electric fields on the basics of analyzing the character of different high voltage sources.And then the optimized design is carried out for the special working condition.The high frequency and voltage pulse are used as the power supply in the first field in which the high ca-pacity,high frequency semiconductor device and high performance digital signal processor are adopted.The rest uses constant current source of which current is constant to get ideal dust charging.The high voltage sources has achieved good performance after being put into operation and proved the correction of relevant analysis about it.
