超长斜拉索软硬组合牵引系统安装受力机理 被引量:1

摘要 随着斜拉桥跨径的不断增大,传统的牵引工艺已不适合超长超重的斜拉索安装,软、硬组合牵引工艺在千米级斜拉桥的斜拉索安装中得到了广泛的应用。斜拉索在牵引过程中为非静定体系,牵引系统结构受力复杂。以苏通大桥超长斜拉索为例,通过对牵引过程进行仿真分析,对斜拉索软、硬组合牵引系统受力机理进行了探索,对优化牵引系统结构、认识评估牵引系统的施工风险提供参考。 With increase of span of cable-stayed bridge,the traditional drag technology could not fit the installations of ultra-long and ultra-heavy stayed-cables,and the technology of drag system with flexible-stiff combination was widely adapted in the installation of thousand-meter grade cable-stayed bridge.Stayed-cable is unstable during the dragging process,and the inner force of structure of drag system is very complicated.Ultra long cable of Sutong Yangtze River Bridge was taken as an example.Through the simulation analysis on the dragging process of cable,the research on mechanical characteristic of drag system with flexible-stiff combination was carried out.Some conclusions could be taken as reference to optimize the structure of drag system and to evaluate construction risk of the drag system.
