摘要
文章在介绍我国建设工程领域招标工作现状的基础上,分析了招投标秩序不规范的原因及其表现形式。针对这种情况,提出了有关行政管理部门应加强招投标管理的一些措施,并提出了承包方提高投标命中率的对策。
Based on the bidding status in the construction project field of our country,the paper analyzes the causes and manifestation patterns of nonstandard bidding order.Accordding to the situation,the paper puts for-ward some measures to strengthen the bidding management for the relevant administrative departments and coun-termeasures to improve bidding hit ratio for the contractor.
