摘要
提出了具有尖点廓形的螺杆压缩机转子滚刀的设计方法，以解决小型螺杆转子的滚削加工问题。采用此新工艺可使螺杆压缩机螺旋形转子具有高精度。
The design method for hobs used to machine helical lobe compressor rotors with sharp point profile is put forward.By this method,the problem existing in hobbing small type helical lobe compressor rotors can be solved,and the rotors can be prossessed with high precision.
