β-连环蛋白和p120^(ctn)在甲状腺癌中的表达与预后关系
摘要
Wnt基因最初发现是作为小鼠乳腺肿瘤病毒优先整合的位点,该基因能在细胞间传递增殖和分化信息,是一种癌基因。Wnt基因编码的Wnt蛋白,其启动的细胞内信号传导途径,命名为Wnt信号途径[1]。Wnt信号途径主要包括3个环节,即由Wnt配体与胞膜受体特异性结合。
