摘要
以自制的铸钢砂型水基涂料为基础，对涂料静切力（τ０）、表面张力（σ）及渗透性（λ／δ）等几个主要工艺性能进行了深入研究，测试分析了各因素对涂料工艺性能的影响。通过对工艺性能的综合分析，提出了λ／δ与τ０σ的线性关系式。
With the self-made water-base mould coating for steel castings,the influences of some factors on the technological properties have been determined and investigated deeply. An overall analysis is made to the technological properties of the coating and the linear relationship between A/3 and rod is obtained.
