摘要
为了提高5CrMnMo热挤压模的使用寿命,用不同的热处理工艺方法进行了实验,结果表明,采用渗硼一等温淬火复合工艺处理模具,使模具的使用寿命比原工艺处理的提高2倍左右。
In order to improve the durability of the hot-dies made from 5CrMnMo steel,different heat treatment processes are adopted to conduct experiments. The results show that the boronizing-marquenching process provides the desirable result and the durability of the dies increases by 2 times than that of ones treated by tranditional process.
