摘要
使用特殊工艺将陶瓷型厚度控制在2~3mm内,其外村套采用石墨或金属型,可有效地减少和限制脱碳层的产生,同时,薄壁陶瓷型还大大地减少铸型脱液收缩和铸型开裂,提高了铸件精度。
A new process is described which uses iron or graphite jacker to limit the thickness of Ceramic mold within 2~3mm. This process can effectively reduse decarburization,decrease slurry shrinkage and mold crack,resulting in increase of cast die precision.
