冠心病合并代谢综合征患者炎症因子水平与冠状动脉病变程度关系的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨炎症因子在冠心病合并代谢综合征诊断中的意义。方法收集2008年12月~2010年3月在我院经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者204例,按有无代谢综合征分为冠心病合并代谢综合征组(101例)和单纯冠心病组(103例),测定血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平,根据冠状动脉造影结果评价冠状动脉病变严重程度。结果冠心病合并代谢综合征组血浆CRP、IL-6、TNF-α显著高于单纯冠心病组(P<0.01)。CRP、IL-6、TNF-α与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈正相关(r值分别为0.50,0.51和0.51,P<0.01)。结论 CRP、IL-6、TNF-α升高是冠心病合并代谢综合征的危险因素,炎症在疾病发生发展过程中起重要作用。 Objective To discuss the significance of inflammatory factors in CHD diagnosis complicated with metabolic syndrome.Methods 204 patients diagnosed as CHD and confirmed by coronary artery angiography in our hospital during December 2008 and March 2009 were divided into CHD group with metabolic syndrome (n=101) and non-metabolic syndrome group (n=103).CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were determined and severity of CHD was assessed according to results of coronary angiography assessment.Results Plasma CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of CHD group with metabolic syndrome was significantly higher than that of non-metabolic syndrome group (P0.01).CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were correlated with severity of CHD (r=0.50,0.51 and 0.51,P0.01).Conclusion CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α may increase risk factors of coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome and inflammation may play an significant role in the development and progression of the disease.
