消失模铸造在生产密集小孔平板类铸件中的应用

Application of EPS Process to Manufacturing Planar Casting with Close Distributed Small Holes

介绍了采用消失模铸造方法生产带有密集细小孔平板类铸件的工艺方法。实践表明，该法具有独特优越性，生产出的孔板变形小、表面光洁；孔的内壁光滑、棱角清晰。

The technique for producing planar casting with close distributed small holes by EPS process is inventigated. The results show that castings produced by EPS process has flat surface with clear edge and smooth inside wall of holes.
