绝经后阴道出血97例病因分析

Analysis of the causes of irregular postmenopausal vaginal bleeding

目的:分析绝经后阴道出血的病因与恶性肿瘤关系。方法:对97例绝经后阴道出血患者进行临床病理资料分析。结果:生殖器官炎症50.5%,功能失调性子宫出血21.6%,生殖器宫恶性肿瘤19.6%,其他病变11.3%;绝经≥5年者恶性肿瘤的发生率明显增高。结论:绝经后阴道出血患者中非器质性病变占多数。

Objective：To explore the correlation between postmenopausal vaginal bleeding （PMB） and malignant tumor. Methods： The clinical and pathologic data of 97 patients with PMB were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The causes of PMB were inflammational diseases （50. 5% ）, functional uterine bleeding （21.6%）, and malignant tumors （ 19.6% ）. If the time after menopause was more than 5 years ,the incidence rate of malignant tumor increased significantly. Conclusion： In the patients of irregular post - menopause vaginal bleeding, most of them have benign diseases.
