地塞米松改善化疗患者癌因性疲劳的临床观察

Clinical observation for effect of dexamethasone to improve the fatigue caused by chemotherapy for cancer patients

目的:观察地塞米松对化疗患者癌因性疲劳的干预效果。方法:2008年10月至2009年6月在我院接受化疗符合标准的癌症患者共69例,随机分为两组。对照组33例给予常规化疗,治疗组36例给予化疗及地塞米松应用(地塞米松5mg/d,d_1-d_5,墨菲氏管滴入),采用MDAnderson肿瘤中心的简明疲劳量表中文版评价地塞米松的治疗效果。结果:对照组化疗后疲劳程度(2.480±1.064)与化疗前疲劳程度(4.850±1.716)相比,前者明显低于后者(P=0.0003)。治疗组化疗前疲劳程度(2.760±1.198)与化疗后疲劳程度(3.150±1.281)相比,差别不大(P=0.076)。两组化疗前疲劳程度相当(P=0.830),对照组化疗后疲劳程度高于治疗组化疗程度(P=0.0004)。结论:地塞米松可以改善化疗相关性疲劳程度。

Objective：To observe the effect of dexamethasone in the treatment of patients with cancer related fatigue. Methods： Total of 69 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy with cancer related fatigue were enrolled in this study. They were randomly assigned to control group（ n = 33 ） and study group （n = 36 ）. The patients in the control group received chemotherapy,while the study group received chemotherapy and dexamethasone. The efficacy of dexamethasone was evaluated by concise fatigue scale. Results： After 5 days intervention, the score of fatigue of control group was significantly higher than that in study group （ P = 0.0003）. The change of fatigue score had no significant difference in the study group（ P = 0. 076） ,while in the control group increased significantly （P = 0. 0004）. Conclusion： Dexamethasene could decrease the cancerrelated fatigue.
