前列腺癌骨相关事件的发生机制及治疗进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨转移、抗雄治疗(ADT)等因素导致了前列腺癌病人有较高的骨相关事件(SREs)发生率。核因子-κB受体活化因子/核因子-κB受体活化因子配体/骨保护素(RANK/RANKL/OPG)系统在破骨细胞的成熟和活化过程中起关键性作用,维持着骨代谢的平衡。近来研究发现该系统也参与了前列腺癌骨相关事件的发生。尿N-telopeptide(uNTx)是骨吸收的生物学标记,可以预测骨相关事件的发生并监测治疗效果。这些研究为前列腺癌骨相关事件的治疗提供了新的思路和方法,如完全人源化RANKL单克隆抗体denosumab的应用。
