摘要
研究了搅拌磨细磨氰化的浸金工艺,考察磨矿细度、液固比、氰化钠用量和助浸剂对金浸出率的影响。与常规氰化浸金工艺相比,细磨氰化法浸金大大缩短了浸出时间,降低氰化钠用量60%,金浸出率提高10%,效果十分显著。
A new technology of gold extraction by fine grinding/cyanide leaching was studied. The effects of grinding fineness, liquid/solid rate, NaCN content and leaching aid on gold leaching efficiency were discussed. The results indicate that shorter leaching time, 60% decrease of NaCN content and 10% increase of gold leaching rate can be obtained by the new technology compared with traditional leaching process with prominent efficiency.
