摘要
在知识经济时代,企业管理创新是企业在竞争中脱颖而出的重要手段,文章阐述了企业管理创新的具体内容,主要包括经营理念创新、组织机构创新、管理方法创新、管理制度创新等几方面内容。文章重点提出了提高企业管理创新能力的意见建议,包括以下六个方面的内容:企业要有战略管理理念、培养职业化的企业家队伍、调整企业组织结构、以人为本、充分利用知识管理手段、重视技术创新。
In the era of knowledge economy,the enterprise management innovation is an important means of competition.The paper expounds the specific content of the management innovation of enterprise,it mainly includes the management idea innovation,organization innovation,management methods innovation and management system innovation.And it put forward some opinion suggestions about improving enterprise management innovation ability,Including the following six aspects： enterprise strategic management idea is important,to cultivate professional team,adjust the entrepreneur organizational structure,people-oriented,by means of knowledge management,pay attention to technology innovation.
