摘要
以埋弧焊(SAW)控制系统为研究对象,在综合考虑了系统的响应速度,超调量和精度等方面要求的前提下,结合模糊控制的思想,用模糊控制器取代传统的基于系统模型的PI(D)调节器,设计了一种新型的模糊控制送丝系统配斜特性电源进行SAW焊接,其性能明显优于PI(D)调节系统,为实现高质量埋弧自动焊探讨了一种新的控制方法。
This paper regarded the control system of SAW as the subject We began with the consideration of requirements of the system responding speed,overshoot,precision and joined the innovation of fuuzzy control and designed a new type of wire feed system,to replace the conventional PI(D) controller base on the system's model The esperiments showed that wire feed system by fuzzy control suprior to the wire feed system by PI(D) control We developed a new method realise high-quality control of proceeding of welding
