财政支持与内河港口物流集散中心的发展——以广西贵港为例

贵港内河港口物流集散中心建设对于加速贵港工业化发展步伐,使贵港市成为承接东部产业转移的重要基地和广西北部湾经济区的发展腹地具有重要意义,在其发展中,即使它本身的财政收入得到了较大提升,但仍需要财政政策和财政资金的支持。为此,各级财政应增加对临港工业园区基础设施建设的投入,加大对主要物流企业及大规模物流产品的财政支持,搭建好工业发展的平台,积极为港口经济的发展创造出良好的条件。

Building of inland port logistics distribution center has an important significance to accelerate the pace of industrialization which undertakes Guigang become an important base for the eastern industrial transfer and Gulf Economic Area development hinterland.In its development,even if it＇s revenue has been greatly improved,but it is still in need of support of financial policies and resources.So governments should create good conditions for development of the port economic.1.Increase investment of infrastructure of port industrial park;2.Increase financial support of mainly logistics enterprises and the large-scale logistics products;3.Build a good platform for industry.
