Judicial culture of valuing harmony and seeking harmony——taking "Chun Qiu Jue Yu" as the example

董仲舒的"《春秋》决狱"不仅开创了法律儒家化进程,而且实现了古代司法由"峻"向"和"的转折,迈出了儒家"和"的司法文化曲折历史的第一步。通过"《春秋》决狱"遗存下来的四个案例的分折,展示儒家"和"的司法文化的内容和特征。

Dong Zhongshu＇s ＂Chun Qiu Jue Yu＂ （executing prison in the Spring and Autumn Period） not only initiated the course of confucianization of law,but also realized the transition of ancient justice from ＂Jun＂ （grimness） to ＂He＂ （harmony）,which is the first step towards ＂He＂ （harmony） in the history of judicial cultural.By analyzing the four cases left behind by ＂Chun Qiu Jue Yu＂,the paper displays the contents and features of ＂He ＂culture in justice.
