摘要
本文介绍了电液式交流电动机在工频供电条件下,采用液压技术实现无级调速的原理与方法。论述了液压系统的设计,给出了原理性样机的初步实验结果。该调速装置解决了交流变频无级调速装置造价高、控制部分结构复杂、高速运行时转矩特性变软及工作时对电网有谐波污染等问题。
This paper introduces the principle and method of implementing stepless speed regulation by using hydraulic technique under the condition of electric power supply with power frequency in electrohydraulic alternating-current motor. It describes the design of hydraulic system and gives out elementary experimental results of the basic prototype. The speed-regulation device solves such problems of alternating-current frequency-changing stepless speed regulation device as high cost, structure-complicated control,torque softening at high speed run and harmonic interference to electric network in operation.
