摘要
通过常规划线分离法从土壤中筛选出一株对洗煤废水有较好絮凝效果的絮凝剂产生菌B4;运用单因素法考察不同葡萄糖浓度培养基、NaCL、AlCl3等无机盐、温度、pH值对B4产生的絮凝剂絮凝效率的影响。结果表明,B4产生最佳絮凝效果的培养条件是:葡萄糖浓度1g/L、T=36℃、pH=7.5,并且Mg2+可显著促进絮凝剂的产生。
The paper thinks that we can filter a strain B4 from soil through general separating methods . The flocculant - producing bacteria B4 is sensitive to waste water produced from coal washing in flocculation . Single - factor method can be used to review the influences of culture medium with different concentration of glucose on the rate of flocculant B4 . including the sodium chloride , other inorganic salt, the culture temperature,initial pH value of fermentation broth on the flocculating activity of strains. It is found that the best condition for the flocculation B4 is the glucose concentration in culture medium 1 g/L, T 36 ℃ and initial pH = 7.5 , and Mg2 can help pullulate the flocculant .
