摘要
作为一种新型的绿色环保产品,蜂窝纸托盘原料丰富、成本低、重量轻、弹性好、缓冲性能优良,可以回收,符合国际包装的发展趋势。但目前国内对蜂窝纸托盘的研究尚属起步阶段。鉴于此,本文针对蜂窝纸板托盘的动态特性进行了研究,制作了蜂窝纸托盘模型,利用蜂窝纸板模型对单个蜂窝纸托盘模型以及两个托盘堆码的振动传递特性进行模拟试验,进而分析得出蜂窝纸板托盘在两层堆码情况下的一些动态性能。
As a new kind of green product, honeycomb paper pallet is accordant with the development trend of international packaging for the advantages of raw materials-rich, low cost, light weight, good flexibility, and excellent cushioning properties and easy to recycle. However, the current domestic research on the honeycomb paper pallet is still at the initial stage. In view of this point, this article studied the dynamic characteristics of honeycomb paper pallet, produced the model of the honeycomb paper pallet, tested vibration transmission characteristics of a single honeycomb paper pallet and two stacking pallets, and then analyzed the dynamic performance.
