摘要
食品化学是食品科学与工程专业一门实验性和应用性很强的专业基础课。为了提高实验教学质量,通过改革实验教学的安排、优化教学内容、改进教学方法、改革考核方式等措施对实验教学进行了改革和实践,取得了良好的效果。
Food chemistry is an experimental and applied basic course of food science and engineering major. The arrangements of experiment teaching, the teaching contents, the teaching methods and the assessment methods were reformed and practiced in order to promote the quality of experiment teaching, and good results were obtained.
