地方院校工程结构实验室建设的思考与实践

地方院校新建工程结构实验室面临建设资金短缺,运行经验不足,实验室人员成长与引进的实际问题,文中对如何立足教学,加强实验室管理,发挥其在提高学生综合素质、科研和对外服务方面进行了探索。

Aiming at the practical problems being faced by the new engineering structure laboratory in local college,such as the shortage of construction fund, lack of running experience, growth and the recruiment of professionals,this paper explores the teaching base, the strengthening of lab management, and how to put them into good use to enhance students＇ overall quality,researching and foreign serving ability.
