师范教育实习现状及规范化策略研究

Research on present situation and standardization strategy of normal educational practice

教育实习是彰显师范类毕业生特色的重要内容和实践教学的重要组成部分。通过对我院教育技术专业近4年教育实习现状进行分析,发现存在实习流动性大、指导力度有限、实习时间短、实习方式单一、学生基础技能不扎实等问题,提出建立稳定实习基地、加强指导教师把关、延长实习时间、建立多元实习方式等建议,促进教育实习逐步走向规范化的轨道。

Educational practice is significant for normal graduates’distinguishing features and an important part of practical teaching. This thesis analyzes on the last four-year situation of educational practice of the educational technology majors of Hanshan normal university. It finds some problems, such as quite high liquidity of practice, limited guidance, short time limit, monotonous practice modes, students’unsubstantial basic skills, etc.It also suggests building steady and mutual beneficial practice bases,tutors’ maintaining a strict standard, extending the duration, creating a diverse mode of practice,etc,to promote the practice of normal universities to be standardization gradually and to improve the quality of their education.
