机电工程校内实训基地的建设与管理

Construction and management of practice education base in Zibo vocational college

高职院校是培养能直接从事生产、管理和服务第一线的高技能人才的,在这个过程中校内实训基地起着重要的作用。结合我院建设国家示范性高职院校的实际与机电工程系专业设置与人才培养情况,详细叙述了机电工程实训中心的建设情况,贯彻就业为导向的原则,加强制度建设、物质与文化建设、设备管理,制订了内部管理办法,实现了规范化运行管理,使之在高技能人才培养中发挥积极作用。

The main function of vocational college is to foster skilled worker for manufacturer, management and service, practice education base is playing an important role in this course. Combined with state demonstrate higher vocational education construction and specialty setting of mechanical engineering department in Zibo vocational college, recounted the practice education base construction in detail, help student to obtain employment, formulated administer rules and system, improved the run system, realized the standardization management, play a positive action in student training.
