急性冠脉综合征患者RDW和MPV与心肌梗死的相关性研究 被引量:4

Relationship Analysis of RDW and MPV and Heart Infarction in Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients

摘要 目的 研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)和平均血小板体积(MPV)与心肌梗死的相关性。方法统计200例ACS患者RDW和MPV结果,分析心肌梗死与无心肌梗死患者差异,并与200例健康者对照。结果 ACS组RDW和MPV较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);ACS组心肌梗死与无心肌梗死患者RDW和MPV差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RDW对心肌梗死诊断的灵敏度高,MPV特异性高。结论 RDW和MPV是临床简单、价廉的实验室测定项目,两者联用可作为ACS患者心肌梗死辅助诊断、监测指标。 Objective Investigate relationship of red cell distribution width(RDW),mean platelet volume(MPV) and heart infarction in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients.Methods Counted RDW and MPV results from 200 ACS patients,analyzed difference between heart infarction and non-heart infarction,and compared with 200 controls.Results RDW and MPV was significantly higher in patients with ACS than healthy control group(P0.01);Difference between heart infarction and non-heart infarction was statistical significance(P0.05);RDW manifested high sensitivity and MPV manifested high specificity for diagnosis of heart infarction.Conclusion RDW and MPV are simple,inexpensive clinical laboratory measurement,association application may be auxiliary diagnosis and monitoring index of heart infarction in ACS.
