摘要
研究了镍磷合金镀层短时间热处理后的性能变化。结果表明,短时间热处理对镍磷合金镀层的非晶态性质有一定影响。镀层表面部分有Ni3P相晶体析出,硬度增加,在700℃达到最大值。由于短时间热处理,镀层表面氧化,将使其腐蚀电位发生变化;形成的氧化物膜亦能有效地降低腐蚀电流和阳极溶解电流,增加其耐蚀性。
By taking short time heat treatment of nickel phosphorus alloy coating,the variation of properties of nickel phosphorus alloy coating has been investigated.The results show that short time heat treatment has a great effect on the amorphous characteristics of the coating,and makes the some part of the coating surface be crystallized and hardness increased.The maximum of hardness reaches at the point of 700℃,30s.The oxidation of the coating surface,which occurs during the short time heat treatment,will make the corrosion potential of the coating be changed,and the oxide on the surface of the coating could effectively decrease the corrosion current and anodic dissolution current of the coating,which will increase the corrosion resistant of the coating.
