脑源性神经营养因子与视网膜色素变性

摘要 分子生物学的发展为治疗视网膜色素变性带来了新的希望。我们综述了脑源性神经营养因子和虹膜色素上皮细胞移植在视网膜色素变性治疗中的研究进展,将神经营养因子、转基因和移植技术结合起来,在视网膜色素变性治疗中有广阔的前景。 The development of molecular biology has thrown new light on the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa. We reviewed the progress of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and iris pigment epithelial ~ IPE ~ cells in the treatment of retinal pigment degeneration. Combination of neurotrophic factors, transgene and transplantation technology is a promising way to treat retinitis pigmentosa.
