白内障超声乳化中白星技术治疗白内障的临床对比研究

Comparative study of the clinic in the treatment of cataract phacoemulsification with the White-Star technique

目的:观察白内障超声乳化中白星技术下治疗各种白内障的优越性。方法:对白内障患者随机分组,研究组(36眼)采用白星超声乳化技术,对照组(36眼)采用普通超声乳化技术,对比两组术后视力,手术并发症及角膜内皮数量变化等。结果:两组术后视力恢复无显著性差异,对照组出现角膜水肿,中、重度房水闪辉的几率高于研究组;研究组术后角膜水肿减少数量低于对照组。结论:利用白星超声乳化技术透明角膜切口治疗各种白内障具有损伤小、并发症少、恢复快的特点。此手术方法超声时间短、超声能量少、安全性高。值得在眼科手术医生中推广。

AIM： To observe the superiority of the treatment of cataract ,phacoemulsification with the White-Star technique. METHODS ： The cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups, research group （36 eyes, White-Star phacoermulsification technique） and control group （36 eyes, general phacoemulsification technique）to make comparison in the following aspects： postoperative vision, operative complications and the changes of cornea endothelium counting. RESULTS： There are no significant differences in visual acuity rehabilitation between the two groups： control group with corneal edema and it has higher probability to suffer from moderate or severe aqueous flare relieving than research group. In addition, research group has less cornea endothelium amount than control group. CONCLUSION： The White-Star phacoemulsiification technique can achieve the benefits of slighter injury, less complications and quicker recovery. In the mean time, this technique costs less ultrasonic, less ultrasonic energy, and it is much safer to the patients. It should be adopted by all ophthalmic surgery doctors.
