乡村文化对于新农村建设具有积极意义,不仅有助于培养新型农民,也有利于乡村基层民主建设和乡村经济发展,但是,在当前新农村建设当中,乡村文化却存在着一些发展困境,因此必须作出相应调整,如规范乡村文化管理体系、完善乡村文化发展基础等等,以促使乡村文化得到有序发展,从而推进我国的新农村建设整体发展。

The village culture building is positive to the new countryside building.It is not only helpful to the new peasants training,but also advantageous to the village democracy at the grassroots and to the rural economy development.While in the current new countryside building,the village culture building is actually in difficult position.The corresponding adjustment must be made in the standardization of village culture management system and the consummation of the foundation of village culture development and so on,so as to develop village cultures in an order way.Thus we can carry forward the integral development of our new country building.
