摘要
知识经济时代的到来,既是我国地方高校发展的机遇,又使地方高校面临严峻的挑战,本文从目前地方高校的管理人员素质这一侧面入手,探讨新形势下地方高校的管理人员应如何提高自身的文化素质及管理水平,从而使地方高校整体管理水平上一个新的台阶。
The era of knowledge economy＇s arrival is a development opportunity of local universities as well as a stern challenge the local universities have to face.This article discusses how to improve the administrative personnel quality and the management levelof local universities in the new situation,so as to improve the management level of local universities.
