摘要
房产权本来没有"大"、"小"之分,"小产权"也不是一个法律上的概念,它的涵义没有一个规范的解释。"小产权房"存在着多种法律风险,"小产权房"的产生折射出很多深层次问题,"小产权房"合法化将会产生严重的结果。因此,应立即叫停"小产权房"建设,同时在全面调查的基础上,从法律和政策两个角度认真研究对待、解决和规范"小产权房"问题。
There is no such classification of big or small in house property right,and the "small property right" is not a legal concept,its connotation without a normative explanation.There exist many legal risks in the "house of small property right",whose emergence reflects many profound problems,and whose legitimating will cause serious consequences.Therefore,the construction of the so called "house of small property right" should be called off at once.In the mean time,on the basis of overall investigation,the issue of "house of small property right" should be treated from the legal and policy angles for a solution and its norms.
