摘要
本文在10+10吨桥吊升降电气控制系统图系统分析的基础上,针对原电气系统控制运行稳定性缺陷,结合德国金钟默勒ESAY智能控制器的优点,实现桥吊升降控制系统EASY的自动化项目改造,取得预期效果。
First this paper analyses the 10＋10 ton bridge crane＇s lifting electrical control system chart.Second it analyses the fault of the former electrical control system＇s stability. At last it introduces the reconstruct of automatic project that controls the bridge crane＇s lifting based on German Moeller EASY intelligent controller.The whole reconstruct has been proved to be effective.
