通道式X光机在入境行包、特殊物品检疫中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 〔目的〕将现代图像识别技术成果应用到通道式X光机对国境口岸入境行包和特殊物品的检疫查验中,进一步提高检疫查验质量和效率。〔方法〕采用理论探索和实验测试相结合的方法。根据当前X光检测系统建立违禁物的分类以及特征数据库,在此基础上建立信息处理工作站,实现对违禁物的快速识别。〔结果〕建立了信息采集系统和可扩展的违禁物特征数据库,通过在线检测软件系统,可用于现场监控。〔结论〕本项目利用现代信息技术改进入境行包和特殊物品的检疫查验手段和流程,构筑一种新的快速有效的电子查验流程及其检测工作站,该系统的推广应用,将为开创全新的出入境行包检疫模式提供技术保障。 Objective The achievements of image-recognition technology were applied to the online automatic recognition of prohibited items in X-ray video of packages for further improving the quality and efficiency of quarantine inspection.Method Based on the current established database about the classification and characteristics of prohibited items,X-ray detection system was established by combining the theoretical exploration and experimental method to achieve the rapid identification of the prohibited items.Result The classification and characteristics of prohibited items was defined and the database was established,the online system can be used for on-site monitoring.Conclusion The project adopted the modern information technology to improve the quality and efficiency of quarantine inspection.The new electronic inspection process and inspection stations promote the use of the system and will create a new mode of quarantine inspection.
