摘要
介绍了永磁偏置的混合磁悬浮轴承的工作原理。导出了主轴系统混合磁悬浮轴承的悬浮合力,得到了它的最大承载力条件及其设计计算公式。建立了混合磁悬浮轴承结构参数的设计计算理论,并在最后得出结论:永磁偏置混合磁悬浮轴承因无偏置绕组而体积小、功耗低;增加永磁体内部磁动势,可增大轴承的刚度,提高其承载能力以及降低控制功耗。
In this paper, working principle of permanent magnet biased HMB(Hydride Magnetic leviation Bearing) is introduced. The magnetic suspension resultant force of HMB, condition of maximum load capicity and calculating formula are obtained. The calculating and designing theory of structural parameters of HMB is established. Finally, come to the conclusion that volume of permanent magnet biased HMB is smaller and power consumption is lower, owing to the biased winding. By raising the internal magneto motive force of permanent magnet, stiffness and supporting capability of HMB can be increased and power consumption of control system decreased.
