大鼠冠根部牙髓体内成牙能力比较

摘要 目的比较成年大鼠冠、根部牙髓分别接种于肾被膜下的成牙能力。方法无菌条件下分离8周龄SD大鼠切牙牙髓,将冠部与根部牙髓锐分离,分别植入大鼠肾被膜下,2周后进行组织学观察。结果冠部牙髓形成了包含釉质样组织和牙本质-牙髓复合体的牙齿样结构,与正常牙齿相似。而根部牙髓则形成了骨样牙本质结构。结论成年大鼠牙髓依然具有独立的牙齿发育的能力,冠髓和根髓的成牙能力不尽相同。 Objective To investigate the odontogenic capacity of rat crown and root pulps by the allotransplantation in renal capsules. Methods Crown and root pulps were isolated from the incisors of the 8-weeks rats, then transplanted into renal capsules of rats. The recovered implants were analyzed by histology two weeks later. Results The crown pulp in the renal capsules formed the tooth- like mineralized tissues containing enamel-like tissue and dentine-pulp-like complex after the implantation. The morphology and arrangement of mineralized tissue were similar to normal tooth. Whereas retrieved root pulp in vivo generated the osteodentin-like structures. Conclusions Adult rat dental pulp still kept the capacity of odontogenesis. The odontogenic capacities of crown and root pulps were different.
