摘要
做好创意产业(Creative Industries)的版权保护工作,是尊重知识产权、增强创新能力、实现版权向财富转化的前提。本文从宁波市创意产业版权发展现状入手,深刻分析了当前我市创意产业版权保护工作难点,在此基础上,提出了做好我市创意产业版权保护工作的对策建议。
The copyrights protection in the creative industries is a prerequisite for respecting intellectual property right, invigorating innovation power and transferring copyright to wealth. The paper, based on the present situ- ation of the development of copyrights in Ningbo creative industries, analyzes the difficulties in the work to protect such copyrights and proposes countermeasures to improve the work.
