摘要
本文诠释大学生职业素养的四大要素,分析高等教育的职业素养教育的现状;通过平台和载体,探究大学生职业素养教育的原则和方法,旨在实现大学生向职业人的转变。
The paper discusses four factors that constitute a college student＇s professional quality, analyzes the current situation of the related education and explores the principles and the methods for such education with an aim to converting the student to professional.
