摘要
本项目为我公司实施的一则应用焚烧、热解吸等技术异位修复挥发性有机物污染土壤的工程实例,本文对场地加密调查、修复技术筛选、污染物分类处置、清运施工及染污防治等关键环节进行了介绍,以供同行之间交流探讨。项目已于2009年2月28日通过环保验收,修复后的场地土壤质量符合荷兰土壤标准干扰值及美国迈阿密-戴德郡清除标准,适合作为居住用地进行房地产项目开发。
The project involves the application of incineration and thermal desorption in the ex - situ remedia- tion of soil contaminated with VOCs conducted by our company. The paper introduces such key procedures as in - depth site investigation, screening of remediation technology, classification and disposal of pollutants, process of cleanup and transportation and prevention and control of pollution. The soil after remediation con- forms with the intervention values of the soil standard of the Netherlands and the soil cieanup standard of Mi- ami - Dade County, U. S. A. suitable for the development of the real estate as residential land.
