中外合作办学的宗旨是希望通过引进国外优质教育资源以带动我国教育的改革。本文从分析享誉国际的澳大利亚TAFE英语教学资源中的教育理念、教学内容,教学评价和教学方法等四个方面的内容来探讨如何引入国外优质教育资源,改革和提高我国的英语教学。

The purpose of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is to introduce excellent foreign educa- tional resources so as to speed up the educational reform in China. The paper, based on the analysis of the ed- ucational ideology, evaluation system, teaching content and teaching method of TAFE in Australia, discusses ways to introduce such quality resources so as to reform and perfect the English teaching in China.
