摘要
研究了最近发展的工业用抗蠕变TiAl合金的显微组织,对合金中不同的析出相进行了细致的分析.Ti-47Al-2W-05Si合金主要表现为包括γ等轴晶和层片状晶团的双态组织.由于合金元素W对β相稳定化和有序化的重要作用,合金析出了不同形态的B2结构Ti(Al,W)相.而Si的加入使合金产生了大量的ζ-Ti5Si3颗粒相,该相主要分布在α2/γ界面上。
A
microstructural evaluation has been carried out in a novel-developed cast TiAl alloy for
industrial applications,and different kinds of precipitates in Ti-47Al-2W-0.5Si alloy have been
studied in detail. After hot isostatic pressing and two-step heat treatment, the microstructure of
the alloy is mainly duplex structure consisting of equiaxed γ grains and lamellar collonies.
Owing to strong β stablizing and ordering effect of tungsten element,Ti(Al,W) phase with B2
ordered structure precipitated in several types of morphology.Introducing of silicon to TiAl alloy
leads to forming of a large amount of ζ -Ti 5Si 3 particulates which distribute preferentially
near the α 2/γ interfaces. The secondary Ti 5 Si 3 particles are coherent with α 2
and β matrix phases. Variety of lamellar structure and precipitates results in plenty of
interfaces in the alloy.
