教育的终身化、多样化和社会化要求，提高成人教育的社会适应性，构建全民参与的学习型社会。建立和完善有利于终身学习的教育人教育发展的制度。
lifelong education is a good idea which requires diversity and socialization of education. Its aim is to improve adult education to meet the needs of society and to construct a learning community in which all citizens are involved in learning. Therefore, establishing and improving a lifelong education system will be of great importance to the development of adult education.
