摘要
通过sky gel保水剂对不同规格穴盘(72孔和128孔)黄瓜育苗用量的研究表明,2种规格穴盘,在测定的3个育苗时期内,基质含水量都随着保水剂质量浓度的增加而增加,呈线形正相关;基质含水量在测定周期内变化范围较小,说明保水剂的反复吸水能力较强.通过对黄瓜幼苗各形态指标进行测定,表明72孔穴盘较128孔穴盘更适合黄瓜幼苗的生长,保水剂质量浓度为2 g/L较适合黄瓜幼苗生长.综合各因素表明,采用72孔穴盘、保水剂质量浓度为2 g/L时,黄瓜幼苗生长茁壮,出苗率高.
Through different amount of sky gel water conservation in different size of cells plates(72 cell and 128 cells) for culturing cucumber seedlings,the results showed that during 3 stages for culturing seedlings,water contents in substrates were increasing with the increase of the amount of sky gel water conservation,which showed linear positive correlation.The water contents in substrates had small variation during testing period,which illustrated that sky gel water conservation had strong capability for repeated absorption of water.Though testing different indices of cucumber seedlings,it showed that the cell plate of 72 cells was better than the cell plate of 128 cells and strong and more seedlings could be cultured in the cell plate of 72 cells with the concentration of 2 kg/L sky gel water conservation.
