P物质在奶牛临床型乳腺炎心肌中的表达

摘要 应用组织化学和免疫组织化学方法对正常与临床型乳腺炎奶牛心肌组织中的P物质表达水平、炎性细胞以及肥大细胞的活力、组化性质的变化进行了研究.结果表明:在奶牛临床型乳腺炎心肌纤维间P物质异常丰富,呈单根或网状走行,表达增强,与肥大细胞串联及相邻排列,而肥大细胞和炎性细胞也急剧增多,均极显著高于正常奶牛(P<0.01),并与P物质的表达水平相吻合,表明P物质参与乳腺炎病理过程中所致心肌组织损伤与心功能衰竭的病理进程. The expression level of substance P,activities and histochemical characters of mast cells and inflammatory cells between clinical mastitis dairy cow and normal dairy cow were researched with the methods of histochemistry and immunohistochemistry.The results showed that substance P became extraordinary plentiful around cardiac muscle fibers in clinical mastitis dairy cow,distributing as a single line or multi-interlaced net and strengthening,and the cardiac muscle fibers of SP were also related to mast cells.The number of mast cells and inflammatory cells increased rapidly and were significantly higher than dairy cow(P0.01).The expression of substance P(SP) was connected with the mast cells and the inflammatory cells.The conclusion was that substance P(SP) participated in the pathological process of lesion of cardiac muscle and exhaustion of cardiac function caused by mastitis.
