县域经济发展的成功经验及战略思考——以江阴、常熟、张家港、昆山等四县市为例

The Successful Experience and Strategic Thinking of Country Economy Development——Taking Jiangyin,Changshu,Zhangjiagang and Kunshan as Examples

县域经济是国民经济的重要基础,也是国家政权得以稳固的基石。长江三角洲江阴、常熟、张家港、昆山积极发展区域经济,具有鲜明的地方特色,通过学习借鉴他们的成功经验,提出县域经济发展的六点战略思考:积极培植支柱重点产业,带动产业集群发展;多渠道筹措发展资金;加大开发区的规划和建设力度;积极参与区域经济的互动与合作;树立招商新理念,加大利用外资力度;转变政府职能,营造良好的投资环境。

County economy is the essential basis of the whole national economy and it is the foundation store to make national regime steady. Yangtze River Delta,Jiangyin,Changshu,Zhangjiagang,Kunshan develop the regional economy positively with distinctive local characteristics. Through learning from their successful experience,the paper puts forward six strategic thinking of regional economic development：nurturing supporting industries actively and promoting the development of industrial clusters; financing developing funds from multi-channel; increasing the planning and construction of the developing zone; participating in interaction and cooperation of regional economic; establishing new ideas about investment; increasing efforts of foreign investment; transforming the government function and creating a favorable environment for investment.
