选择第三方物流服务供应商是企业实现业务流程重组和战略性可持续发展的一种重要途径,对于当代企业提升整体价值和竞争力具有重要意义。在建立综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用TOPSIS法实现主观信息与客观信息相结合以对第三方物流企业的选择问题进行研究,并给出一个算例证明评价体系和评价方法的有效性,为企业进行第三方物流供应商评价和选择提供决策依据。

Choosing the third party logistics supplier is an important way of realizing business process reengineering and strategic sustainable development,which is significant to improve the whole value and competitive power of modern enterprises. This study offers the foundation of decision for enterprises when estimating and choosing the third party logistics supplier,based on the comprehensive indicator system,studying questions on choosing the third party logistic business,using the method of TOPSIS,and giving a calculating example to prove the validity of the estimating system and estimating method.
