农民工是城市建设的中间力量,是刺激城乡消费、促进城乡经济繁荣和经济增长的重要手段.他们辛勤工作,勤奋进取.但是由于历史原因,人们观念陈旧,国家政策制度不够完善以及农民工自身因素的影响,农民工的合法权益没有得到有效保障.在今后的经济发展过程中应采取各种措施,加大对农民工权益保障的力度,促进中国经济又好又快健康发展.

Migrant workers are among the forces of urban construction,urban and rural consumption is to stimulate and promote economic prosperity in urban and rural areas,and an important means of economic growth.They work hard,well-motivated.However,due to historical reasons,the concept of old people,the national policy regime for migrant workers,as well as its own factors,the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers has not been effectively protected.In the future course of economic development should take various measures to increase protection of the interests of migrant workers,and promote China＇s economic good fast and healthy development.
