教师课堂教学质量网上评价的探索与思考——以河北北方学院为例

Practice and Analysis of the Online Evaluation on Class Teaching Quality

课堂教学质量是高等学校教学质量的核心,是学校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分。建立科学、高效的网上评教系统,不断完善评教机制,将有效地促进学校教学质量的稳步提高。以河北北方学院2008/2009学年第一学期首次学生网上评教数据为依据,分析了课堂教学网上评价的优点与不足,在完善指标体系、评价系统以及评教的组织与管理方面提出具体对策。

Class teaching quality is the core of teaching quality in higher education,which is an important part of teaching quality monitoring system. Student online evaluation is an efficient way to test class teaching. It can not only increase efficiency and accuracy of evaluation but also develop teaching quality. Based on the data of online teaching evaluation of the first semester （2008/2009） in Hebei North University,this paper analyzes the merits and demerits of classroom teaching,also puts forward some proposals to perfect index system,evaluation system,the organization and management of evaluation.
