摘要
利用随机水文学基本原理,研究洪水循时程的变化,计算洪水循时程变化的概率分布,并以此确定水库汛期防洪限制水位,缓解水库汛期防洪与兴利的矛盾,为水库汛期控制运用开辟了一条新途径。
With the theory of stochastic hydrology,flood change following time and its probability distribution are studied.By which the level of flood control of a reserior can be determined,therefore,the controdictory on active and control capacity can be relaxed in flood period.
