术前肠内营养对胃窦癌患者术后营养状况的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Preoperative Enteral Nutrition on Nutritional Status in Postoperative Patients with Gastric Antral Carcinoma

摘要 目的研究术前肠内营养支持对胃窦癌患者术后营养状况的影响。方法对2007~2009年深圳龙岗坪山人民医院40例胃窦癌患者的临床资料进行分析,将40例胃窦癌患者随机分为两组,对照组20例,行早期肠内营养;治疗组20例,在早期肠内营养基础上术前口服能全素肠内营养支持。所有患者均于术前1 d及术后第8天测量体重,抽取静脉血测定血红蛋白及血清白蛋白含量,并于第8天留取患者24 h尿测定尿素氮,计算氮平衡。结果治疗组与对照组比较,术后第8天体重变化差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);血红蛋白、血清白蛋白含量及氮平衡比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论术前肠内营养支持能明显改善胃窦癌患者术后的营养状况。 Objective To investigate the influence of preoperative enteral nutrition on nutritional status in postoperative patients with gastric antral carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with gastric antral carcinoma admitted between 2007 and 2009 at Pingshan Hospital of Shenzhen Longgang were analyzed.All the patients were randomly allocated into two groups.Each group included 20 patients.In the control group,patients received only early enteral nutrition(EEN) postoperatively.In the treatment group,patients received not only preoperative EEN but also Nutrison by mouth preoperatively for enteral nutrition support.The body weight,hemoglobin and serum albumin were measured on the day before operation and the eighth day after operation.On the eighth day,24 h urine sample was collected and urea nitrogen measured to calculate the balance of nitrogen. Results There was no significant deviation between the two groups(P0.05).The treatment group showed significant increase in the hemoglobin,serum albumin,nitrogen balance compared with those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Preoperative enteral nutrition can improve the nutrition status of postoperative patients with gastric antral carcinoma.
